My name is Ernika Broderick and I just joined First Team Realty! I’d describe myself as a caring, passionate, and self-driven person. If I were to highlight certain professional skills that I possess, I would list Communication, integrity, and organization. All traits that I consider to be vital when accomplishing client needs and wants. The professional accomplishments that have helped me get to where I am today include my 14 years of experience in client/customer service-all in a managerial role. What sparked my interest in Real Estate is how intriguing the process is as a whole in buying and selling of property. What an exciting experience it is for a client to make such an important decision for their future. To be a part of that excitement; to make a client's dream a reality is something I love! For me, seeing happiness in them and knowing I played even the smallest role is such a reward!
